Docutech Ghana Limited, a digital service-oriented company, in partnership with Newgen Software Inc. hosted the “Accelerate Your Digital Journey” workshop on the 6th of November 2019 at Accra Marriott Hotel to explore how Banking/Financial, Enterprise and Government leaders could improve their business using innovative technologies and solutions from Newgen.
The workshop was attended by over 100 senior-level professionals from organizations including Access Bank, EcoBank, Stanbic Bank, Ghana Health Service, Ghana Cocoa Board, Rellius Insurance Brokers and was led by Sumit Bhatnagar, Head of Presales MEA for Newgen Software Inc., Bindesh Pandey, Africa Business Head for Newgen Software Inc. and Jean-Louis Feghali, Managing Director for Docutech Ghana Limited.

Accelerating Your Digital Journey workshop was divided into morning and afternoon sessions. The morning session focused on digital solutions for banks and financial institutions and highlighted the topic; “Decoding Digital Transformation (DX) in the Banking Space” and explored numerous digital solutions such as Commercial Loan Origination Solution (CLOS), Retail Loan Organisation Solution (RLOS), Online Account Opening Solution and more to improve banking process.
The second session was attended by Enterprise and Government Business leaders and included a discussion about Digital Process Automation and demonstrated features of Newgen’ OmniDocs Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Suite which captures content from multiple sources, processes and stores content, and delivers and archives information.
