1. Senior Sales Executives

QUALIFICATION/OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- At least Degree in Sales/Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology or any other related field
- At least 5 years working experience, most of which must be in doing sales. Experience in same industry will be an added advantage.
- Presentable and good communication skills, willingness to grasp new things
- Ability to convince people to buy.
- Good negotiation skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for a specific geographical area, in addition to some nominated accounts.
- Sell a range of products.
- Responsible to achieve revenue/profit plan.
- Identify customer requirements, determine best solution, present proposal, while ensuring customer concurrence throughout the entire implementation process.
- Understand key business processes applications and document work processes in assigned accounts.
- Conduct sales calls, demonstrations, presentations and maintain prospect activity into sale into sales cycle tracking processes.
- Submit daily activities and visits to the General Manager.
- Submit an accurate forecast monthly report (above 75% accuracy).
- Improve productivity through increasing number of efficient field sales calls.
- Proper territory coverage.
- Full knowledge of all products array.
- Acquire competitive knowledge.
- Perform customer care visits.
- Contribute to Customer Satisfaction.
2. Senior Administrative Assistant

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: BACHELORS DEGREE (Masters Degree will be added Advantage)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft office
- Ability to Multi-Task
- Ability to work without supervision
- Team player and being a person of integrity
- Meticulous, self-motivated, with creative problem-solving skills
- Good time management
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Working knowledge of general office equipment and office administrative procedures
- Knowledge/Experience in Engineering will be added advantage.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Reports to the General Manager and Managing Director.
- Handle HR Policy and Procedures.
- Handle strategic business communication and stakeholder engagement/relations
- Tracking, and overseeing Managing Directors schedule, meetings and other relevant related activities
- Assisting in Public relations and event planning and execution
- Managing all correspondence to and from the office of the Managing Director
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and support visitors.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, hotels, etc.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, etc.
- Assisting with Immigration processes for staff.
- Handling assigned strategic business development
- Any other duties that may be required of you.
